The retreat offers a place to work compassionately together on ourselves and explore whether a way of living free from conflict is possible. Not by rushing to answer the question but by holding it openly, deeply and allowing insight to unfold. The retreat inspires us to gently awaken a deeper source of being through silence, attention and love. It schedules inspirational dialogues in bigger and smaller groups, meditation, meditative nature walks and silent reflection.
