This online retreat offers a safe, gentle and compassionate space to connect with oneself and the life within and around oneself. It is a beautiful opportunity to begin the new year with a quiet and empowering journey of meditative self-inquiry.

This online connection space may serve as a deep inner reminder that in-spite of all the challenges around us, we do have the potential to make the crucial U-turn and to reconnect to the simple beauty and joy of life and find a deep peace within. The work we do together can inspire us to meet life fully by awakening a new energy within us in a safe and empowering space. It is a moment to pause and meditate, learn to listen and observe from a space which is not dominated by reactivity of thought and fear. The retreat is facilitated by Mukesh and the program will include: Meditations, inspiring live talks, meditative self-inquiry sessions and dialogues.

Participation in the retreat is offered on a voluntary contribution basis. Recommended contribution on a sliding scale is from 50 - 120 €/US$.
